What is Childhood Apraxia of Speech?

If you are a speech therapist reading this, then you better know the answer to that question!  For all others reading, childhood apraxia of speech is a motor speech disorder that impacts the way a child speaks.  I’ve created this handy handout which can be great for educating others about apraxia.  For SLPs, it can be great for parents of children that are newly diagnosed or also for teachers to increase awareness.  For parents, it can be a great resource to provide to your child’s teacher to help them understand what apraxia is.  The handout can be downloaded for free in my TPT store.  Here is a preview of the file:
