Peek Into My Speech Room

This week I’ve been having a blast playing Be A Predicting Ninja.  It’s a fun way to work on predicting skills.  Thirty-two different scenarios are provided on cards that are various colors to represent a predetermined number of points.  As the questions are answered correctly, points are accumulated.  At the end, you ad up the points to determine what kind of ninja you are.  Today, I was predicting ninja super hero!

Although I didn’t take a picture, we reviewed and filled out the worksheets in the packet to practice analyzing and making predictions.  This really seemed to help get the ball rolling.  In case you missed my graphic organizers for making predictions freebie, you can check it out here.  What are some fun ways that you like to work on making predictions?
