Appy Monday: Complete the Sentence for Kids

It’s that time again for Appy Monday! Today I will be writing about the free, Complete the Sentence for Kids. This app is great for working on grammar! The free version contains 200 sentences, and you can upgrade to get 800 sentences by making an in-app purchase for $1.99. At this time, I only have the free version. This app is for students that can read.

A fun alligator is present on the screen, along with a fill in the blank sentence and three multiple choice options. When the correct answer is chosen, the sentence is read aloud and the alligator does a little dance. When the incorrect answer is chosen, it is stated that the incorrect answer was chosen and then the correct answer is read aloud. Here are some screenshots:

Like I said, I find this app really helpful for working on grammar. The kids seem to enjoy the dancing alligator, which is a great bonus because they always perform much better when they’re interested!
